Return, Refund & Delivery Policy
Nature of Products
We deal exclusively in digital products (software licenses / activation keys) which are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email. These products are non-tangible, non-returnable, and instantly consumable once delivered.
Delivery Policy
- All orders are processed digitally and delivered to the registered WhatsApp number and/or email ID provided at the time of purchase.
- Delivery is usually completed within 1–30 Seconds, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases due to technical or verification processes.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before the digital key is delivered.
- Once the key/license has been sent via WhatsApp or email, the order is considered completed and non-cancellable.
Return Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once the key has been delivered.
- We do not take back or deactivate keys in cases of:
- Wrong product selection by the customer
- Compatibility issues due to customer's system
- Lack of knowledge on usage
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be applicable under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of Product
- If you do not receive your key within the promised timeframe and our team is unable to deliver it, a full refund will be issued.
- Invalid / Non-Working Key
- If the key provided is proven to be invalid or not working, we will:
- First attempt a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
- If the key provided is proven to be invalid or not working, we will:
- Duplicate Payment
- In case of accidental multiple payments for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Incorrect product purchased by the customer
- Customer changes mind after delivery
- Key already used, activated, or redeemed
- Issues arising due to device incompatibility or software requirements not met
- Delay caused due to incorrect contact details provided by customer
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours
- The amount will reflect in the original payment method within 3–7 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway)

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that:
